You may cancel your pass only within the first seven days of purchase and receive the balance of your payment. After seven days, you must use your pass for classes before it expires, or the remaining balance is forfeited.

Before a workshop begins, you may cancel for a $5 fee.
Once a workshop has begun, there are no refunds and no transfers.
